obd2 Diagnostic "no link"

im at the truck right now trying to get codes (2000 ranger) but its giving me the "no link" message and all the fuses are good, however my radio also has no power and not shure about the 12v ports. COuld it be connected to the fact my fuel pump only works when the relays jumped and that my injectors arent pulsing
 
It could. Your list of issues sounds a lot like the PCM isn't turning on.
 
The pats doesn't explain the No link issue or the radio. However the radio and the diag port share power. No power to the port will give a No link issue. Find your cause of no power. Broken wire ect...

problem solved, previous owner used one of those stupid sct tuners and locked my pcm, theirfore the locksmith couldnt connect either
