OBD 1 Scanner for 85-95 Ranger

I came across a small device with a few prongs that is supposed to be an OBD 1 scanner for up to 1995 Fords.

Funny thing is I have never seen where to plug this in on my 1992 4.0 Ranger. Is there a port hidden somewhere under the dash?

It's under the hood on the passenger side.

Ditto. It's red, almost like the shape of a house.
