(Not an RBV) My Dakota.

My Hurst showed up yesterday so I installed it. Real short, positive shifts :3gears:

Bucket seats and console! 3 hour drive to the Seattle area to get them but it was worth it! And I got 21MPG cruising mostly 75.

In a couple weeks she's getting a Powertrax No-Slip locker.

this truck is looking good , makes me kinda want to get one , i am a fan of that body style , though i know where there is a gen 1 sport convertible that needs a lot of TLC for $2000

Bitch. I was off early today... Should have hit me up. :kicks dirt:

I thought about it but figured you were working... Next time I'll be sure to hit you up before hand :icon_thumby:

So my valve cover gaskets needed to be replaced so I figured I'd dress it up a bit with MOPAR cast covers at the same time.

So my Mopar Performance PCM arrived today..

Holy shit. The low end improvement was immediately apparent the second I pulled out of the driveway! Then I was crossing the 205 bridge when a prick in a Chevy cut across the gore line and proceeded ride my ass, I dropped from 5th at 55MPH to 3rd and punched it, hit 90 in no time!

She can only be fed 92 octane from now on though..

supercharger! fugg, I was close! its more like a belt driven turbo (if its the style i'm thinking of) underhood supercharger right?

dude , this is turning out to be one sick truck , i was thinking of getting a hurst shifter for my ranger , is there really a noticeable improvement in shifts with it ?

Honestly, I just put the stock shifter back in a few days ago. Shorter throw=more shift effort. Also it's noisy. I think I can shift it faster with the stock shifter simply because it takes much less effort. There are a lot of people that like the Hurst's though, that's just my experiance. The lever and knob combo does look and feel great though.

Nope, it'll be turbo. The BTM box is just one sold with paxton supercharger kits that a guy sold since he was using SCT to tune his truck. I got it for $40 shipped, they're $250 new!

Aeromotive digital FMU and BOV came today.. Still no turbo, been 7 business days since I bought it and it's only 500 miles from me...

Turbo came today, it has a 12cm housing instead of the 18.5cm like it was supposed to have :annoyed: Now I have to track down an 18.5 or 21cm housing

Also sent my DFMU back for a refund, some jackass got a hold of it and it had some water damage and traces on the PCB were cut and the MAP sensor rewired, so I'm trying to track down another one
