Under the dash below radio/HVAC controls. Yellow has 12v and blue is not grounded.

That’s the confusing part is that it goes straight into the factory harnessI agree. I've had my dash completely out and don't recall ever seeing that connector in my 93. Trace the wire back and see where they go. Someone probably had an accessory installed and left that part of the wiring when they removed the device. Picture here if you want to look.

Just a helpful tip in case any of you ever need it. When removing the fan clutch from my water pump the other day,I used this technique to hold the hub so I could break the clutch free. I removed 2 of the pulley screws. Then inserted 2 pins from the rear of the hub. ( I had some brake caliper...www.therangerstation.com

Have a look on the back of the truck for trailer light plug in
Should be at least a 5 wire plug-in if it had trailer brake hook up

No wiring on the trailer? How do the lights work? Dual axle means it should have working brakes too, and if not juice then electric.... That would be the blue wire...There’s no trailer wiring on this guyView attachment 103566
