no oil pressure

ok got the motor to run and no oil presure go figure, thought that something was clogging the oil pick up tube, but doing somemore research on here i think i set up the lines for the remote oil filter kit wrong i hooked it up as from the motor inlet to inlet and outlet to outlet is this right or do i have to switch them. i threw away the destructions if anyone can helpthat would be greatly appreciated hope i didnt mess up the bearings
 
I hooked mine up as engine outlet to filter inlet and filter outlet to engine inlet.

What goes out(let) from the engine must be what goes in(let) to the filter housing. What comes out(let) from the filter housing must go in(let) to the engine.
 
Yep you got them backwards. Just like 85_Ranger4x4 said, Engine out to filter in and from filter out to engine in.
 
yea did a freakin newbie mistake is all fixed now just get some oil and turn her over
