my 2010 ranger's instrument panel lights, climate control lights and headlight warning chime just stopped working. Checked fuses and replaced headlight switch still not working, Anybody ever run into this,

On a 10 there's a separate panel dimmer control, it's not built into the switch if it's like my 2011. If your light switch is a pull knob ignore my comment.

Either way, make sure you don't have the dimmer control all the way to it's minimum setting.

Welcome to TRS :)

In 2010 Ranger Cab fuse F1, 5amp is for the instrument lights

You have to pull out a fuse and test it, looking at fuse to see if its OK is like looking at a pretty women to see if shes OK, you pay the price if either has a loose wire you can't see by just looking

The Dimmer control gets power from from Fuse F1 but ONLY if the Parking Lights work, when you turn on the main light switch the Park Light Relay closes and powers up the parking lights and the Dimmer wheel switch, but just the wheel part not the Dome light thats a different fuse and set of wires

My light switch pulls for the fog lights, and I have adjusted the dimmer switch all the way up and down but still no lights I also checked that fuse but I did not test it I will try that next. Also the light switch is new I just replaced it thinking that might work.

I have, in several cars of different types seen a lot of success in a very hard, Han Solo style, love tap on the dash. Before you all laugh, give it a try.

If Fuse F1 is OK, I would test if it has 12v when parking and/or head lights are on

If it does then you will have to test the Dimmer
