No brakes when steering wheel turned fully.


I have the identical problem, and the system is perfect... except for the pedal going to the floor.....
 
get a couple of "plates" of anything and make grease sandwiches to place under the tires.
that will allow you to sit still and turn the wheels lock-lock and observe what happens.
 
Good morning...I am having the exact same issues on my sons 2003 XLT that we just installed lift spindles and long travel. I noticed a very small mark on the lower arms where I believe the caliper is making contact which is slightly pushing the fluid out of the caliper causing this "spongy feeling" I will add some small steering stops and see if this takes care of the problem.
