New Truck

Hey. New here. Just got an 01 ranger edge 3.0. been lookin to do something to my truck. nothin major. seen somewhere where a ford super coupe supercharger would fit on my truck with mod. idk just seeing what some ideas would be.

As far as suggestions... what would you like to do with the truck? With my Ranger I still haven't decided to lift or lower it, but I decided that I liked a clean dark look and since that was budgetable, I tinted the windows all around (minus the windshield), headlight blackouts, carbon fiber tails (they'll let you have headlight blackouts around here but taillight blackouts are a no-no, go figure).

Thats exactly what it looks like. I dont have cam. sorry. but the only thing thats done to mine is the windows are tinted all around. an SC wouldnt be that bad for me cause i got a gang of ppl to help haha thats why i say its nothing major. Theyre all ford nuts... anyways thinkin of tweekin wit the motor. nothin real fancy. wanna drop it. i was thinkin bags. but i heard somethin about i may need somethin like a suspender kit or some shit like that..idk. help me out. im a honda man. first truck i ever bought.

hey i can take a honda and smoke any v8 car you throw at it. as long as it had enough $ in it haha. but ive always like fords. as far as trucks.

LOL. I'm sure the Camaro i owned for a few weeks would smoke anything you threw at it. With a chick drivin it ran 12.7's

Big, don't bother. Most of these guys are stuck in the 60's thinking that V-8's rule and that 12's are fast. Power/weight ratio is lost on most.

we arent hatein, just dont come on a FORD RANGER ENTHUSIAST forum and talk about how great a HONDA is and that it will spank any v8 car you throw at it. any idiot and pour a lot of money into a small car and make it go faster than a bigger one, its physics. lot of power+light car equals fast. high power+heavy car equals fast...duh huh!

and just for the record, when i mentioned coming up against a turbo ranger, most of those are 4 cylinder. some v8 but those are geared for offroad torque...
