New Toy, an old CJ!

well my cj came with the roll bar. its a 74. and by the way. those pictures were taken recently. about 6 or 7 years ago now our garage burnt down with Mona(the jeeps name. I named it because the first time we went wheeling it was creaking a lot. "Hey dad. shes really moaning and groaning. Thats what we should call her. Moan-alot. it got shortened to mona) in it. we just painted it 2 weeks prior. it was the only thing left and it was holding up the roof. so much body fabrication. new tires, wires, lines, paint, lift.... thats how it looks now. but for memories we decided to leave a few old burnt parts in it. 1. the burnt shifter knob. has a cool charred look to it. 2. the gas brake and clutch pedal. someone explain how the the gas pedal almost melts off, the brake has some melting, but the clutch (furthest toward the outside) didnt melt at all. but now we take her wheeling every month with our club.

Yeah the newer ones did for sure, but the older army style ones didn't.

If ours is a CJ-2 like I think it is, that would put it in the 46-48 time frame.
