New to me 2004 Ford Ranger “EDGE” 4.0 V6 4x4

You guys need to spend some time n New England so you can see how spoiled you are with all these clean, rust free trucks.

No thanks, seeing you guys post complaining about it is enough for me... :). I don't have anything clean and shiny, the straightest I had was my '97 but not so much anymore... we'll see how good I get though...

😂 …Yep, born and raised in the Catskill Mtns of upstate NY, moved away at 18 after joining the military and never looked back. Yep, the sodium chloride was a killer on anything steel and still is. I no longer own a snow shovel. Now retired in the land of long summers and short winters.

Not wanting to pay $164 for a rubber bed mat on line. I went to Tractor Supply and purchased a 4x6’ x 1/2” thick roll of rubber for $60 and made my own. No more slipping and sliding of cargo.
