New idea for my homemade steering. Whatcha think?

how come no one complains about the tie rod rolling on the 1 ton gm T style setup? is there something different about that setup that stop it from rolling?

im getting a more and more clear picture of what you guys are saying. the taller the bracket, the more forward and backward movement ill get at initial steering before lateral movement kicks in.

Exactly.

The GM setup does roll also (and pre-'99 F-350s too), it's just not usually enough to create a noticeable issue. But add a big tall extension plate into the mix...

i may have to just bite the bullet and go hi steer. but thats $200 just for the machining, arm, and mounting kit. not including actual steering components
