The top one is a set of lock ring pliers.

Wow, close call. I’m glad somebody knew who what they really were.

(I had assumed that the vinyl/rubber had worn off the tips and it was something used by a gynecologist)…

These tools were left in the garage of the property that I recently purchased and now live in. I think the middle one is a paper/ticket punch, as it leaves a arrow shaped hole. The other two I have had me wondering ? Maybe leather working ?View attachment 113126
