It's a neat lil' car, but theres no way I'm gonna' deal w 50 year old british car/engine issues... I'm gonna' save up, buy a harness and build the Ford power... Never look back...

Nice little car, I think the 2.3L is a great choice for it.

I pulled the 2.0 harness from my last truck before I scrapped it...that will allow me to run a carb if I ever decided to go backwards...like when that electromagnetic pulse hits us and destroys all the computers......my boy scout training kicking in there...

I'm sure you could run a carbed 2.3 in that car...unless you want to go fuel injection.

I found a guys in Pueblo CO that does head work, he is going to massage the head a little and ship it out to me... Fingers crossed we can get a nice package together. He sure seems to know his stuff..lol.. He was rattling off all kinds of stuff and my head was spinning..lol..
