From another michigander welcome to TRS!

It looks as though the previous owner wasn't to kind to the front end. Nothing that a little elbow grease and TLC can't fix. Being a Michigan truck... I would get a good look at the brake lines... spring hangers/shackles and just the under working in general. Michigan winters with the road salt aren't kind to these little trucks either.

Welcome to TRS...
Thank you for the welcome. Yea unfortunately the previous owner got into a slight fender bender with it. The bumper took most of the impact so there seems to be no damage to the frame or supports. Mostly just cosmetic. The brake lines and so on seem to be in good condition but thank you for the advice. I do however need some advice about a power steering issue that has people scratching their heads about. The power steering pump isn't leaking or making any abnormal noises and the pully seems to be spinning fine but the fluid smells like burnt tranny fluid. Plus when sitting idling the wheel turns fine but driving it feels like the power steering is going in and out the whole time both ways like it's shuddering. So is it the pump, rack and pinion or what?
