Ok right now i have mickey thompson baja claws 31inch and i am looking into getting bfgoodwrench mud terrains km2 is there any noise difference i like the roaring sound of the micke thompson will i still get that with the bfgoodwrench will they be louder of not as loud.thanks

i don't think they are as loud.. they will hum for sure... if you want noise, get boggers! lol

well i dont want a lot of noise lol just a little something so i know i have some offroad tires lol what would be a good all around tire for about the same price as the goodwrench thats maybe a little louder that the baja claws or the same

Just don't rotate them. BFG's chop like crazy.

If you don't rotate them religiously I would say 20k is about it. Someone will now claim they got 100k out of a set without rotating but they are full of shit.

is that longer than the baja claws?because the baja was on it when i got it

nope. not longer at all.

honestly.. the km2's are probably close to my favorite all around tire.
if you focus on rocks more than mud, than the general grabbers are good. idk about the thread life of those tho. but they are quieter

now.. the top of my favorite list is NITTO MUD GRAPPLER.. good on rocks or in the mud.

Nitto's are some of the crappiest mud tires you can buy, there are lots of people who can back up that statement

i might look into the mud grappler will a 88 ranger with 3 inch body lift fit 33s? cause thats the smalles they got and do you know the life spand on them?

well.. dont buy them then.. We do mostly rocks around here. i've seen them do quite well in the mud. sure the km2's are probably better on mud, but if you want a mud tire get boggers. the main thing is the nitto's grip on rocks better from what i've seen and drove.

i just want a good set of offroad tires that have a decent wear life and decent gas mileage what would be a good set give me some tire names please.

km2's (all around)
general grabbers (decent in mud, better on rocks)
or more Micky Thompsons if you liked those.

if possible i'd look into some toyo open country's in a/t's.. or bfg at's. depends on how much you NEED a MT tire
