Hey guys, I couldnt find anything in the Tech Section so Im hoping someone will see this thread and be able to provide some guidance.
My project truck is a 92 Ext cab Ranger and I want to switch it from manual to power windows/door locks. I know Bronco II stuff will work, but finding late 80s or early 90s Bronco IIs or Rangers in the various boneyards that still have the pieces I need is like finding the proverbial pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
So here's my question. What other years will work ? I just got a tip that my favorite U Pull It Yard has a 93 or newer Ranger in the back that hasnt been picked clean yet and has everything Im looking for, but since they have a no return policy I dont wanna go spend the time and money getting everything if it wont work.
I'd really prefer to stay with Ford parts salvaged from another vehicle, but if its going to be impossible to find and someone knows of a really good quality and reputable aftermarket set up I'd be willing to consider that as well.
