I have a 2000 ford ranger 4wd with a 3 inch body lift. It has 33x10.50xr15 tires on it. The problem is that one rim doesn't match the other 3 on the truck. I want to buy a set of 4 rims to go back on it. I was wondering though, what does the width, centerbore, and offset need to be. The bolt pattern is 5x4.5 right? Anyways, what demensions do you guys recommend for those size tires and the lift?

Yes bolt pattern is 5x4.5 (AKA: 5x114.3)

As the link above says most 15x7 and 15x8 aftermarket wheels will run a 3.75" backspacing to fit the Ranger (or Jeep as it has same pattern). Don't know if you are currently running stock or aftermarket wheels, but stock usually has a bit more backspacing. 15x7 stock to aftermarket the latter will usually sit outboard about 3/4" to 1" further.

You could fit those on a 15x7, but you'll probably want a 15x8. 33x12.5 would still fit if you decided to move up in the future. Just guessing from the pic, I'd say you are already running an aftermarket 15x8.
