Need help with instrument lights!!!

Ok, I recently bought a 94 ranger 2WD 6cyl 5 speed. It is missing one of the inserts for the instrument panel lights. It's a strip of 4 lights, one on each side of the steering column. The one on the right side is missing the little insert that shows what light is on! Can somebody please list these for me from left to right or post a pic that shows it? I've searched endlessly and cannot find it!! Thank you!

Mine is to. Actually a Mazda B2300 4x2. Yes they are all the same.

for the cost of shipping, I'll send you the gauge cluster guts from my first ranger... the bulbs all disappeared when I took it apart.... somewhere in the depths of my garage, I'm sure there's a bag full of bulbs.

was a 96 though, so I'm not sure how compatible it is.
