Problem is in the coils, plugs, or wires (or a combo of any and all three).
You can isolate it there because it starts and runs -- this eliminates things like the CKP and ICM.
You said at idle there is a slight miss at idle, bad miss at 1/2 throttle, and cuts out at WOT. This tells me the problem becomes more apparent as RPMs increase, thus, one of your exhaust plugs/wires/coil connections are bad. Plug could be clogged.
Solution: Get a Haynes manual (troubleshooting section), look at the plug conditions (back cover). Pull your plugs and compare. If they look fine, pull the wires from primary coil (exhaust side) and use a DVOM to measure resistance (7k ohms per foot of wire), and get back to us.
Also, clean both IAC and EGR valves. These can cause issues at both idle and WOT, either parked or under load (aka in-gear, driving on the road).
