Ok,..I am in serious need of help swapping my factory front springs for a pair of Rough Country leveling springs. I consider myself proficient in engine, electrical, brake and
general mechanical service. However I have my reservations where suspension is concerned, especially when it comes to springs under load. What Im really saying is: I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THIS! If anyone has a How-To or anything that could make this task possible for me, I would SINCERELY appreciate it. My only other option is to pay a "shop" to do it which i really dont want to do. As im sure most of you would also prefer to turn your own wrenches.

:beer:Also if anyone in the Saint Louis area would like to provide their expertise in person, Ill buy the beer:beer:

:headbang:PLEASE AND THANK YOU in advance for ANY help!:headbang:

Please take a gander at the tech library, its in there. If you still can't figure it out and you PM me in the next 2 hrs I can walk you through it via PM. After that I can't help you till sunday

Do you have a coil compressor? It can be done without them but if thats big concern for you I would make sure and rent one.

Look at the rough country installation guide. I just did mine and I had to droop the while suspension to get them changed out. A compressor would def help. What part are you stuck on? Is there tension still on them?
