need help fast guys, please help

You can't test it that way. It has two vacuum lines. One has vacuum from the engine. The other goes to the EGR. When the computer turns on the relay, vacuum can travel through. You can't blow through it.

what if you can get through it

well your egr would open but it would not be controlled at all by the computer. However, when it is off, both ports will vent slightly to atmosphere. But you should not be able to draw vacuum from the supply port. If it did, it would be bad. The EGR would be open most of the time. Best way to check is with a resistance measurement. See what the resistance is between the two terminals.

Also, to test that you EGR is working, take the vacuum line running to it and suck on it, while the engine is running. The engine should dramatically change when you suck on the line, opening the EGR.
