I would start with just a bushing set. see how the vehicle sits afterwords. if the tire is still pushed back then either the radius arm or the radius arm bracket is bent as well.
I did the search for a 96 Ranger.
'96 will likely have a D28/35 hybrid diff (basically a D28 with D35 shafts that neck down inside the diff). This might not matter much if you're running stock sized tires, but to get an actual D35, you must get it out of a '90-'92 2.3 or 2.9L model (with auto trans only for 2.9 models).
