Nater's 1994 Mazda B2300 project

Ok, got the body lift in and the HID working right....Ran into a slight problem thought....It is starting to over heat now....Any way to fix this? The brackets for the fan shroud were installed

Is there a gap at the top of the shroud after you relocated it?

May need to block that off to keep the air moving through the radiator, and not cycling back in from the engine compartment.

yes, there is a gap. What should I block it off with?

Ok, don't think it is overheating....I may just had a case of the dumba$$. When I was under it hooking everything back up, I notice a push style connector hanging loose. (If you notice in some previous posts I never really had a functioning temp sensor). I thought that it was just a oil pressure sensor (mustang has the same type of connector for the oil pressure) So I looked it up on Alldata (thanks for AKO) and it turns out that the temp sensor is in that spot where the wire was not connected...Any input on my hypothesis?

Ok, cleaned it up today since it was a beautiful day today....Plus I promised some pics!

If there was a Ranger in any of the strip lots here, I would just do a bed swap...but trying to find a Ranger here is few and far between...Only thing I can think of is if someone back in the states would be willing to skin the bed of a ranger and send me the skins....

Went racing last weekend...Unfortunately it was too rainy and muddy to run the mustang (wasn't about to attempt it with street tires, and slicks were a no-go) so I did the next best thing, and played in the mud:headbang: The thing up top is a remote control spotlight:yahoo::icon_twisted:

nice!!! mud is always fun
i bet those germans were like: vat the vuck is zat??

Made about 100 euros ($120) pulling people out! Was surprised by this little 2wd! Didn't get stuck once, and it was the thick type of mud. Pi$$ed a couple of guys off though when they got their VW van stuck, and it took 6 people to push them out....Then I went thru the same spot with mine, and didn't even bog down.

Gotta love them go lights. We used them on humvees in Iraq, bright as hell too.

Just for pulling out people you earned in euros? Good job. How did the cleaning part go after all the fun got over? I never like that part so I'm not mud friendly.

ok...so after putting this off, I finally went ahead and did the zip tie mod....Wow...kicking myself for not doing it sooner...Now I know why RSH could do 150 kmh with his..
