Mystery wires?

2002 4WD 3.0L Ranger XLT: Any idea why these wires were cut off or what they were for? The labels are 4W1T, 14A411, C321K, BC, and 6A. This truck was originally owned by the Missouri Highway Department if that helps.

That looks like the recall harness for the ABS that somebody lopped a piece out of

Uh, ok. Is that important?

That looks like the recall harness for the ABS that somebody lopped a piece out of

Cruise recall harness, go to the junkyard and grab another one, haha. Not important unless you'd like cruise that works.

Well strangely enough, the cruise control works just fine.
