Don't know who owned it but the way those body lines match up looks like it could use some cab mount bushings.

Yup you know it! lol. Didnt wanna sound creepy about the whole thing but the guy i bought the truck from didnt know squat about it. And since the truck has a TRS sticker on it i figured i would start here to see if i could track down the guy who did the truck originally to gather more information about it.
