2.9L 1986, truck was not running due to engine being locked up, rebuilt engine, truck runs, but rich, hot or cold rich

truck runs rough and rich when the truck is warm it still runs rich, even when it’s cold, it has a hard time starting cold, i have replaced every gasket, and every major component, replaced engine coolant temp sensor, fuel injectors, fuel pumps, fuel filters, timing is correct, cannot get a check engine light to pop up, maybe thinking ecu is messed up

You can pop open the ECM and look for obvious damage.

The sensors you replaced pry should still be checked...part quality is non existant anymore.

86 wont have a check engine light. Youll have to scan it to get any codesu

i dont have any scan tools, when i jump the connector it doesnt flash or anything, ecm doesnt have any damage, how would i check sensors?
