my 98 3.0 4x4 off road package is leaning to the drivers side...alot. is this due due bad shocks? or maybe the torsion bar? my truck has a t-bar, right? if its the T-bar what do i do to fix the lean? can some post a pic of the T-bar itself? or at least tell me where it is?

My buddy has the exact same year Ranger and motor, but his is a single cab 2wd.

I did'nt see any torsion bars on his at all. It looked like just A-Arms with coils. Whichever it is, you're just going to have to get under it and take a real close look.

See what happens when you play with your toy to much. It now leans to one side. I hope your happy.

you wont because its a 2wd, he's got a 4x4..

the isuzu's did the same thing the toyotas did, same front suspension regardless of 2wd or 4wd, thats what makes them so easy to drop on there nuts, just crank the torsion bars down and there sittin on the ground....

but back on the original topic, check for equal adjustment of your torsion bars, where the torsion bars are mounted(for bending/cracking) aswell as your leafsprings and body mounts(might not be a suspension lean but a body lean)

ok thanks for the info! now since i have no idea what to do next...and the haynes book doesn't give a real clear picture...tell me what the T-bar looks like and how much lean would be considered "normal" ...i only know what they tell me!
