I thought I would post up a couple pics of my truck that is being built by myself and Ski at CTmotorsports in brampton.
I wheeled it like this
My summer/fall build

And 5 broken axleshafts and two years later I decide it was time to build up.
New specs
-1990 ranger, 120” wheelbase, front axle about 10” forward, rear about 16” forward, and cut 19” out of the frame, 44” TSLs on 15” rims,
-1992 mustang 5.0L with some bolt ons, mildly built C6, KluneV (4:1), NP 205.
-Ford king pin D60, with moser inners, Yukon outers, long fields and a Detroit, shortened to about 62” WMS to WMS
-Custom front three link with tracbar, Lowers 46” long, 2.5”x 3/8” DOM with 1 ¼” evos, upper 46” long, 2.25” x 3/8” DOM with 1” evos, early bronco 24” coil springs.
-D60 rear with 35 spline Yukons, and a spool, skyjacker 6” lift leave springs.
1410s at the axles and 1350s at the T-case.
As it stands now

Still lots to do like, the exocage, driveshafts, rad in the bed, wire in the 5.0L, steering and tracbar, etc. But I wanted to aleast show the people that have heard me talk about the truck that Ski and I are making progress.

Sweet, that'll be a fun truck!

Its cool to see your truck again. When I first joined I had that first pic as my wall paper. I wanted my truck to look like that.

One word, sick!!!!

Wow, that's some amazing work, believe or not I remember your shakedown run with the new 6" SJ lift, truck's come a loong way, damn impressive.

well, I don't think I'll be able to follow you again in the BII, at least not in the near future....

WOW.....

Thanks for the comments.
I will post up more pictures as we make progress, and hopefully some action shots before the snow falls.
Parkinglot/raginranger I remember that day as well, we will have to meet up again once it is running

Nice!!! Who's doing the fab work, you or someone else?

it is at a friend's (Ski) shop (CTMotorsports) and we are doing the work together. that being said, all of the good looking vertical (up) welds are his because mine look like :bad:.

Why did you narrow the front axle? Or did you get it like that?
