Haha no fun
The rear shackles are fine, and they definitely have been replaced before I got the truck. I'm working on the front bolts now.
I might have access to another set of hands but I've done everything so far by myself and I really want to try to keep it that way. My budget for tools especially something like an air impact is gone. I've been doing everything by hand so far. It's obviously rusted enough to hold tight but it's not rusted to the point of having to cut it out. I'm taking a break LOL my back hurts but I'll get back out there in a minuteThe way I did it was an air gun and a big pray bar. Especially for the gas tank side. Don't know if you have access to air, and another set of hands. But one of you turns the bolt, while the other keeps pressure and the back side. Then again mine were rusted on there haha.
Thanks! I've always been a fan of lowered vs lifted. But always had 4x4...this one is 2wd so it's going low!I'm enjoying the build! I'm not a fan of lowering a rig but it looks like you know what you're doing so I'll save my judgement for the completed project. One of these days I'll get around to tackling the 92 ranger build I have sitting out behind the barn......... Keep up the great work!

Pro tip, thanks!Need to get an impact socket so it doesn't break under pressureIf you're gonna cut it, get a big cut off wheel disk. Those bushings are thick and not fun haha
