Was commuting to work this morning on loop 202 when traffic came to a complete stop. Some asshole driving an F250 decided not to come to a stop(I was stopped completely) an hit me rear end at 35 MPH. As the inpact happened a pressed on my breaks as hard as I could so I wouldnt hit the crown vic in front of me. That didnt work out. I called AZ highway patrol and they came to do a report. F250's insurance will be paying for me and crown vic's damages. My front bumper now catchs the tire when I try to turn, Trucks not driving straight and rear bumper is ****ED:bawling:. Truck will be going to the dealership for estimates. The things a sport and I'll be damned if it ends up with anything other than Oxford white bumpers. Also I hope the frame is OK. They will also be paying for me to see a chiropractor. BTW MOTHER****ING F250 FAGGOT was a SNOWBIRD

ouch. that just sucks man. Hope you are ok.

Back is a little sore...other than thatI'm fine

I WILL post pics this evening

damn matt!! hope u are ok man
dont worry, its cheapier to paint stock bumpers white than installing chrome ones, the sport will be ok.
i hope the frame is ok or they might total it :(

nice....... even if it isn't, the frame straightening shouldn't total it i got my frame straightened for 350ish

If they total it I want them to send it to San Pedo Sula, Honduras :). I'm praying thats not the case. Should I call his insurance before or after I get a dealership estamite?

hell, even if they total it, keep it, buy it back, fix it anyway.

The full-size Ford drivers must be out to get us. I used to have a 99 Ranger also, about 8 years ago a guy in a F150 blew through a stop sign and t-boned me in the driver's door and fender.
New door, fender, wheel and tire, all of the left front suspension, some assorted straightening of this and that, and a golf ball sized lump on the side of my head. Cost almost $5000 then.

my 99 came from US with a salvage title due to t bone crash on the drivers door. i guess mine is safe fom the curse, got crashed and its still alive :headbang:

The term Snowbird is used to describe people from the U.S. Northeast, U.S. Midwest, or Canada who spend a large portion of winter in warmer locales such as California, Arizona, Florida, the Carolinas, or elsewhere along the Sunbelt region of the southern and southwest United States, Mexico, areas of the Caribbean, and even as far away as Australia and New Zealand.[citation needed] It is also used for those who migrate to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, for the winter. Victoria is known for having very mild winters by Canadian standards, and has an annual "blossom count" in mid-February to prove its warm winter status.

Snowbirds are typically retirees, and business owners who can afford to be away from home for long periods of time or have a second home in a warmer location. Some snowbirds carry their homes with them, as campers (mounted on bus or truck frames) or as boats following the east coast Intracoastal waterway. It used to be that snowbirds were the wealthy who maintained several seasonal residences and shifted residence with the seasons to avail themselves of the best time to be at each location.

Many of these "Snowbirds" also use their vacation time to declare permanent residency in low, or no tax states (where the taxes are sustained by high tourism taxes), and claim lower non-resident income taxes in their home states. Some are reputed to use this dual-residency to absentee vote in both locales.

Mmm, getting hit at 35 mph by a F250. I'd imagine it's worse than just a back bumper, especially on a Ranger.
