my new ranger jsut in time for christmas

hey im not a fan of chevy stuff either and my yard is full of fords with ford motors and evryone has thier own opinion but they can keep the critisism to their self. i got this truck in its current state not because it had chevy stuff but because it was very nice well built truck and a great starting point for a very trail capable rig. it will have ford power when im finished with it along with a few other mods to make it more of a trail rig but there is nobody on here that cant say a ranger with 39.5s and 800hp isnt going to be alot of fun i dont care who you are and aint that what building or buying or trading for a truck is all about? i built my mustang that i traded for this truck from the ground up everything myself and it was all ford. im not somebody with alot of money and skills like alot of people in this world. all i'm saying is i thought i would show everyone something i was proud of just like everybody else on here would do no matter whats under the ****in hood.

i'll sure try to post some vids if we can get some next weekend. as for the big block its gonna have a home in an 85 s10 blazer with a blowed up 383 and narrowed ford 9inch with 4.56s. my buddies a chevrolet only fan and that ought to be a sick little ride when we get that big block in that 3000 lb truck. that motor really needs to be on the dragstrip anyway.

The world without criticism would be a sucky place. If everyone only said nice things nothing would advance because nobody would point out flaws in things. How it comes across is another. With that said, I would start building a rear axle if I were you. GM ten bolts are known to be rather week and camaro guys put 8.8s in their chevys all the time. My landlord just blew up his ten bolt in his LT1 and he is only putting down 300 HP to the wheels, much less your 800 that you say you have. Just a thought....

yea we've been questioning that rearend to but in the last 3 years its been raced the only thing thats broke was a u joint. im looking for a dana 60 to match the front it'll just take time to get everything lined out the way i want it.
