my new project QUAD CAB

It would also be easier to buy a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon.

what?

yeah dude the chassi and body are fine just a lil toasty why would you worry about the motor? dump another one in with new elek..

fire damaged vehicles are never ending in their problems. they nickel and dime you to death. have you ever completely rewired a newer vehicle? obviously not or else it wouldnt be no big deal. ive replaced main wiring harnesses before (that doesnt even include all the little sub harnesses and electrical accessories) and its a HUGE PITA job.

on top of that you will never get rid of the charred vehicle smell, and if the heat was high enough, the vehicles body panels could be warped and distorted.

Ok pic time just some basics

This is going to be the back half of truck. Snap a line all the way down on each side of the ¼ windows there is going to be a seam this will allow the rear seats to recline a bit.

So your cutting the entire front end of the Green truck?
And using it's doors as the back doors and the blue truck as the front end and front doors?

Are you going to cut the doors so they're square?

I'm confused, that seems like a lot of work...

yes square green doors use explorer rear windows for them( moveable portion not fixed window)

nowww its gettin interesting.

IMO the doors are going to be the hardest to do

how com you're not using the front of the green cab, rather than the front of the black cab?

Probably more metal left over for the door with the Supercab than with the Regular cab.

That's my guess anyways. Also, the green one has no rust that I can see, and the black ones rusted.

that is correct rust fre it will ne easy to repalce a hole door when i paint or rebuild the lower portion oppose build a hole door. however i might have a line on some doors from a quad cab either mexico or england

the green core support is hosed i think the black one is better i do not know till i get them both to bare metal also i want the rear power seats to recline a bit. in the standard cab they stay prettymuch straight up . this is being built like a quad cab should be with comfort for all

ok we (daughter and i ) got the cab gutted except for windsheild take a look
