33 12.5 hurcules trail diggers on stock ranger wheels

How do you like those tires? I almost and am still thinking about buying some.

They are quiet on the road I run hem unbalanced and no wobbles or vibrations, chew me through some nasty mud holes, work alright on rock. Only down side is a weak side wall. They are resonable priced also, and I think they out perform good year, BFG km2 Micky Thompson Mtz. They are comparable to a interco super swamper

In 2010 or 2011 (I forget) they were rated best chosen all round tire by one of the offroad magazines(again I forget which one)

Has and body put a doubler in a 2 door explorer? I would like to see what was done with the gas tank

Well I have a Dana 60 and a 9". going to slowly put the axles together over the year. 5 13 gears, 5 on 5.5 conversion to the dana60 and narrow 3" to match the 9" width a little better. I'm still looking for A 79 bronco/ f150 steering box but will most likely cough up penny's for a new rebuild one. Got some 5.5 eb coils for the front so gunna build radius arms and that fancy stuff

I have a 96 explorer 5speed 4x4....how did you righ the switch to get 2 low?? I love this thing it goes everwhere as long as I have tires on the ground... its 4 door.. which you dont see many of. Ncie rig by the way...

I found a thread on the explorations forum. It comes in very handy because yu don't always need 4wd.

A suggestin for anybody offroading one of these is lose the awd 1354 t case and put a ranger 1354 t case in, or a 1350 from a b2

Well the explorer is getting to be a bit sketchy to drive down the road after another summer of beating the shit outa it. I work at a ford dealer so I see and get first dibs on trade in vehicles.

Picked up a clean 08 16 valve 2.3 5 speed nothing spectacular lol gunna be the new daily driver and alow me to work on the explorer some more

Been thinkin maybe some fiber worx fenders and camburg stuff lol
