he has 2" wheel spacers and offset wheels

Exactly so go full width and avoid all that crap. and gets more pics here

Specs

Its a 95 sport 4.0l 5 speed. in the future if the 4.0 ever dies(prolly never will) i forsure will be looking for a 5.0l explorer for the swap

mostly stock with like 1" of lift.
little bit of torsion twist and a couple ad a leefs in the rear and rancho shocks.

ive got the 4wd accuator wired to a switch so i can play around in 2wd low range.
3.73 gearing with stock limeted slip in the rear
33 12.5 hurcules trail diggers on stock ranger wheels

hoppfuly soon i will be purchasing some tubing and build prerunner style front bumper, posibly build something for the rear scince i do a bit of offroad recovery in my area

i know its a little truck for offroad recoverys but 90% of them is people from the city in their mall rated jeep wranglers...

amen

the truck goes practicaly everywhere i point it on the trail with the chunky 33s, so with an sas and some chunky 35s 36s i think it would prolly work good.

the way things seem i would mostlikely use 78-79 f150/bronco d44 and suspention, steering in the front.

for the rear full width 8.8 would be nice scince my speedo would still work and i could use the disc brakes off of my explorer 8.8, just re drill the roters for 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern

Well I have been wailing in this thing for the last little year and it just keeps begging for more abuse :P my t case has been my biggest problem because its all wheel drive. When I'm goin back and forth in a mud hole it snaps bangs and makes earitating noises. I finaly found a manual case from a 1994 ranger, got the shifter and everything. One more step now I need to get my ass into gear I have changed my plans, planning for an SAS d60 front/ 9" rear combo, convert the Dana 60 to5 bolt and run half ton brakes to keep it light and easyer to maintain because one ton brake calipers are f**kin heavy and suck to service

Here is an image of the manual case, shooting to get it in the truck Tuesday night than on the weekend stick the shifter through the flour and such...

Yup I want a truck I can beet on and not have any issue 37-38s and I know that I won't hurt a Dana 60 so why not run one :P I also have a couple 1350 bronco 2 cases so I am thinking about a doubler with the 1354 or find a 1356, my issue is the gas tank is in the way and I do not want to run a fuel cell because I sleep in the back of the truck. I am thinking I may just shorten up the gas tank, make up a cup for a vacuum so that it sucks the oxygen out of he tank so that it doesn't blow up

Wow what a difference a proper 4x4 t case makes, no more snapping banging. I can still use my switch on the dash to control my front axle and
Get 2wd low range :P
