That's one way, but I believe that here in GA you can build it as a fully custom vehicle and apply for a VIN tag. Going the latter route is a lot more trouble though.

I thought of something (head hurts now) on your red brake cals, get some of the one touch pin stripping paint (if it can stand the heat) and pin strip "Cobra" on them in Gold.
