My friend rolled his ranger today

Yah, There has to be more to the story. Was speed a factor?

It almost always is, I haven't heard of a vehicle rolling over without some sort of speed unless there is weird like a tornado or a T-Rex or something.

Glad your friend is ok, the truck sure did its part.

It is amazing how vehicles take rolls better than they used to, one guy on here flopped his first gen and it crushed down the hood/bed. One side just dropped off a bank on a trail with no speed at all.

It's good to hear that he ain't that banged up (TG) but are you sure that is a ford ? that is what most dodges look like around here, after they attempt keeping up with the fords & chevys
