my dana 44 hp swap(pics)

My shock towers are held with 2 bolts, without any plating behind them. They are also welded to the early bronco coil buckets which have another 3 bolts holding them on.

Looks pretty good. One bolt holding your shock mount on is not sufficient. People have pulled shock towers off the frame with tow bolts holding them on, pulled the bolts right through the frame. You really need two bolts with at least a 3/16" plate for the back side of the frame, that or weld them on.

you can't see in the other pic's but this is how there mounted

it all looks pretty good, i would plate the outside of the trac bar bracket and get rid of the stock blocks, going to have some major wheel hop.

stock blocks? do u mean in the rear? the truck has 4" lift springs and 6" of block, we have everything to build antiwrap bars for the rear. we just didnt get to it yet.

Is that a stock pitman arm?

i actually dont know. i bought the truck with a 4" lift. so i really cant tell you if its the stock one or not.

Looks nice, almost to clean to get messy.

I would give your vent hose a little more slack so that when your front does flex, it wont break or come off.

Looks like a stock pitman arm to me.

nice work!

How are you liking 4.56 gears on 35s?

Wooooooow, so clean. At least for a couple days everything will look nice. Haha.
