My Build - Ranger SHO / Ranger GT

It's getting a SHO engine for sure.
Just not sure when.

If you succeed at it you will be the first person on TRS to do it....

Been busy getting the garage in order.
Got a convertible for a SHO engine transplant.
So the Ranger may be #2 for the transplant.
Anyways... I mounted 16" Explorer wheels to replace the 14's.
I retained the 14" center caps.

For anyone else using these wheels on a Ranger.
I found the inner wheel flange hits the lower shock mounts on tight turns.

I added 1-1/2" wheel spacers/adapters to obtain the stock track front and rear.

And I tried wheels I purchased for another application.
If I were to use these I'd use a taller tire.

Now running 2006 Mustang V6 wheels, with 1-1/2" spacers.
And a 225/60/16 Michelin.
