14.5" under the diff, 18.5" under the tubes at ride height on 42's.

Gotta find a closer shop to bend up the links now... My borrowed pro tools single shot won't touch it and the exhaust shops laughed. I know a couple guys that can, but they're close to 3 hrs away....ugh.

That sucks dood

I hate trying to find a shop to do special projects... I havetravel a ways from me just to get a shop that will align tires that are barely bigger then stock.

Called 4 local shops... waiting on a call back from the 4th, said they should be able to, just wanna try a sample chunk for me first! $100 here saves the fuel cost of getting it done for beer 3 hrs away....

Ya, he doesn't have 2" dies... Doh!

Looks good buddy!

I was under mine today having a look see for my links....its gonna be tight. My top link is gonna have to be on the drivers side along side the front drive shaft and will mount onto a truss over the pumpkin. I'm gonna need to get the suspension up a bit higher for every thing to clear it looks like. That's ok tho, I can take my body lift out then.

Cool, moving the exhaust outside the frame really opened things up for me. I might even have enough room to run my RV-2 (mopar Vtwin A/C) compressor under the cab off a passenger side mounted PTO on the NV4500!

ARGH! The machine shop called me back... minimum $250 charge, and min. 6' of material per bend. Looks like I'm driving south....

good luck buddy

Yay, Dude from Evo was in town gettin his balls chromed! Gave him my links, gettin them back next weekend.

Not gonna be using the toyota steering box! Decided to run a semi truck style gear P/S pump off the A/C setup on the passenger side (bracket goes back on with very minor trimming). Then I removed the 6.0L P/S pump, and trimmed it's bracket (shared with alternator) and wallah, stock steerin box is back on.....

Dude, nice. Keep it up.

Gettin work done on the subframe for the links and crossmembers, after that I'll get the shock hoops in and hopefully have it sitting on it's own in the next week or so!

Started to weld the lower link mounts on and realized I forgot to open them up to 5/8" holes for the EVO joints.... I'll have to get a ream from work tomorrow as it killed my 5/8" drillbit. Ranger frames aren't straight either... had to notch/bend/weld to follow the frame.
