My buddy picked this 96 up for 600 bucks with a bad clutch. It only has 120K on it...definily a steal. Anyway, it is in my driveway getting the cluch put in and I thought it was kind of funny, it is up on ramps and jackstands and my truck is still bigger.

And since I had the camera out, I figured I would put up a couple of pictures of mine and whats new....

new 15X10 sorf 8's, I like how it pushes the tires out and makes them look wider

I really really like the color on that truck

Thanks!

Kyle M-thats one of the nicest lookin trucks on here

just curious what mpg you get w/ that setup?

Thanks a ton! It is a work in progress, but it seems like the more I put into it, the harder I wheel it and beat it up!

I get about 15 MPG on the highway, but I still have crap 3.27 gears....I am about ready to get me some 4.88's and a set of 35's - It is my DD right now.

Thanks! Color - don't know for sure, but I am going to have to figure it out soon if I decide to go green on the rear bumper

I vote Bedliner, I did mine and I like the way it came out, when I scratch it up wheelin it touches up real quick.

Bright Calypso Green Clearcoat Metallic

What kind of bed liner did you use??

I used the Plasti-Kote spray on bedliner, the can looks like THIS

I didn't sand the clearcoat the first time I did it with the Dupli-Color brand and it flaked in some spots so I redid it with the Plasti-Kote. I didn't like the Dupli-Color texture as much, and it seemed to fade much more.

Edit: I really like your truck too!
