Getting the lift parts and new rad. arms ready

ya totally lol. No driveway or garage for me :(

thats a good point...looks good man! after you get yours in and i get mine is we will be about the same height you gonna run 33's?

yeah the plan is 33 10.5 bfg km2s

more axle parts showed up today! .375 u bolt plates and 3 1/4 x 5/8 u bolts. This is some beefy stuff, good job ruff stuff!

i just put on the same exact parts yesterday lol

Got half my shocks, other half Monday. Brake lines and lift/arm hardware is all thats left...

Axle is going underneath labor day!!! I have been itching to work on the truck the last month with all these parts coming in lol. Im hoping to get the lift and arms installed by the end of the month. I think it would be a little to much of a workload to try doing both arms and lift in one weekend (wouldnt if I had my own garage and didn't have to follow shop hours). So labor day weekend I am going to attempt getting the tranny x-member, and new arms in on friday-sat. Then mon. the axle!
For the arms I still need to modify the bushings I bought and buy the hardware so it's all depending if I can get that done this week.

I can almost smell new the new black rubber of bigger tires....mmmmm

5125s for the rear, and the duff stuff up front. 4 day weekend and payday coming up, time to get shit done!

front shocks seem offly short? how long are they?

hell ya chris.....GET SHIT DONE!!!

That lift looks so purdy painted up blue.

I got a new job that payed way more a couple weeks after I sold that to you. I wish i would have known, because I wouldn't have sold it then......lol...I just needed some money at the time. But it was one of those, random calls from an ap I put in months ago, and kinda a offer on the spot. Funny how things work.......

I guess watching you post about in installing it on your truck will have to do for now.......:icon_twisted:

what blue paint are you using man? it does look good!

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, I need to bust out the tape measure tomorrow. The shitty thing about ordering shocks from duff is you can't really pick and choose. I just asked for a shock to accommodate a 3'' lift. The number on the box says 8108.:dunno:

trying man!

Yeah kinda sucks you had to sell it but at least it has a new loving owner:icon_thumby:

Its krylon. I got it from walmart for $3 a can. It's not the fusion stuff for plastic. I believe it says true blue on the can, I can check for you tomorrow.
