Flex shots Good or bad? bed is not boltd down fuly and it was a pritty big hill...

your cab mounts/bushings are most likely shot my 94 ranger used to do the exact same thing on trails until i fixed the cab bushings and the mounts that bolt to the frame

lol, it looks like it flexes alot.. i think.. cause the drivers side front and midle of the bed isnt bolted down. just the rear.

Hey guys, I'm selling my ranger , i do not have the time or money to fix it. BUT I'm not settling for a S-10 or a little sh*tbox ricer I'm going to put the money i get from it towards another ranger hopefully a 90's ranger. one that doesent need as much work and money. I've got my eyes set on a 97 4x4 ranger that looks mint condition not far from me. $1700 for it. Well... I changed my mind I'm going to keep the old girl. I made up a little homemade lightbar for it a yesterday during the hurricane here when the power was out t hold my amber worklight , I say its good for just some old table legs and a peice of 2X4 Then later that day, i was messing around and trying to powershift [A IDIODIC IDEA] And jammed up my shifter Going to try and fix it tomoro, plus see if i can get my hands on a parts truck... I need one super badly now. Theres a old Exploder up in the junkyard... good running engine, good suspention,good tranny and running gear, Body is shot, and the frame isnt too good... , I'm going to see if i can get it for $150 and some labour for the guy who owns the junkyard. Then i'll tear all the stuff i need off it, and re-sell it to another junkyard for some cash , My plans to try and complete for the truck for this winter now are; fix the exhaust, fix the brakes, Make a wooden bed until i can find a good one, Fix the 4wd, get the lower rad support welded back in,2" hocky puck body lift, steel jeep rims,1990 front clip put on,brush guard and mabey do a 4.0L swap! I can prolly get most of this stuff... I just need to ask my father for the money Who, doesent, like old trucks he wants to buy me a new truck... but i dont want to, i want a old truck i wont be scared to go wheeling with or work with. I'll post pics of my work tomoro!

Hey guys... changed my mind again.. Broke the poor old ranger really bad... from showing off and being a idiot.. I destroyed the tranny... So.. i'm looking at another ranger now for $700.. comes with another complete parts truck, spare 2.9L V6, has full exploder running gear, new shocks, and all that jazz... I ALMOST had a even better ranger... but i waited too long to call back on it and it got sold this morning i was seriously P*ssed ... actually threw my full can of Soda pop across the room in my rage o_o; so anywho, after my X-ray tomoro me and my father-by-law are gunna go take a look at it.

Well guys... i say im offically hooked... Cause i just bought 2 more rangers tonight! i now own a 1992 Ford Ranger reg cab, lwb 4x4, auto... its Army green, has a pushbar with 4 driving lights on it, But the drivers fender is banged up pretty bad... to pass mvi it needs; rear brake line,drivers fender, and a battery has pretty big A/T's on it and 4 winter tires come with it.. also has black steel rims, but the super bad thing... NO RADIO!!! *screams and runs around like a chicken with no head* oh wait... i got a new Alpine CD player and 750watt amp waiting for it also comes with another engine and a parts truck. gunna steal the fender off it and try to match the green... it also has... [which is the best part...] Ford exploder running gear!, dana 35, 4L auto tranny,transfer-case,8.8 rear, and all those other goodies im towing them home tomoro after school. Expect pictures!!

yea... fairly good body, good exhaust, good brakes, frame, and tires that dont poke out farther than your fenders... if they do you need fender flares

Well guys... I got my new ranger!!

Bad thing... the tranny is slipping so bad that the truck will barely take off I dont want to drive it to have the tranny overhead and puke the fluid out the bellhousing again... im going to the JY tomoro to see if i can work to pay for to get my truck all fixed.. which is; Tranny,cab mount,brake line, and 2 tires changed

I don't think it's the tranny thats slipping, I'd say it's the tires, or lack thereof

lol thats the parts truck. its the green truck with the problem... and its not spinning the tires. My dad getting one of his "trusted" friends to come out and look at it
