So guys, I got a set of 31's and rims...

My 1992 Ranger 4x4 has the STX package. She clears the 31's like nobodys business!

I've got some 2" front coils I've gotta put in to level it and looking for a set of shackles to bring the ass up and extra inch or so.

Just put one on because they arent painted yet. Shit clears like nothing son!

dude that's bad a$$.... Wow what a diff from the 235s. should look good painted up and lifted. cant wait till this summer

Is yours a hi rider? My buddies STX non hi rider rubbed pretty bad with 31s. A 2" body lift fixed it.

My 88 Xlt clears 31's (about 1/2 tread) with very little rubbing on the lower edge of the front fenders. Its a 1st gen. though so it is a little different.

What to those measure out to? I bet they're only around 29"... The Xtreme ATs on my friends truck measure out bigger than most 31s, around 30.5"

It depends on which 31's you get. Some measure out to like 29", and some measure out at 32". It also depends how worn your tires are. Obviously new ones have a better chance of rubbing. FWIW I have a 6" suspension lift and worn out 32" BFG all terrains rubbed...

it looks like if you replace your body mounts you'll get another inch of clearance in the front. lol

I have no idea if it's the high rider. It has lift blocks in the rear that are about 4" and factory. Also has a rear sway bar...

Only body mount gone is rear drivers side LOL.

The other tires are 235's...

Just measured one and they are 30 1/4" with less than half tread...

this is what the highrider/sport rider STX brackets look like....not the best pic, but its what I have. The eaiset way to tell is if your radius arm crossmemeber has the spacer blocks in it.And the crossmember is rivited to the frame

on a side note, levling springs from the "normal" rangers will net you no lift if you have the highrider package.the highrider was a levled ranger from the factory pretty much.

I do not have the highrider package :O

Here it is with all the tires on today.

My stock 92 Exploder clears NEW 31s on 15x8 wheels easily, with slight rubbing at full lock.

My 88 ranger regular cab short box has 30x9.5R15's on it and they dont rub. my only problem was with my mud flaps which got tossed shortly after I bought my truck because there were only three.
