If I were a family member of either of the victims I'd sue the state under the equal protection clause... for FAILING to charge it as a hate crime.

Death is the only option. Anyone who thinks we shouldn't "play God" in this case can kiss my ass. Putting them away for life is not justice. They commit a crime like this and they should get food, shelter and TV forever at the taxpayers expense? I don't think so. Letting them live is to say that it's okay for them to do what they did. Kill them. They're going to burn in hell for eternity anyway.

Hate crimes are utterly stupid, I have the right to hate and love who I choose, it's part of being a free sovereign individual, with the liberty to enjoy my freedoms... Protected by the First Amendment.

Hate and criminal activities are two different things. You can be one without the other; and as the original topic shown, can be both.

Correct, you have the right to hate whatever you want, it is America. However, it is when your hate affects the rights of others around you is when it is no longer acceptable.

To think that people are capable of this.... and the fact they actually did it, is astounding. Give em the chair. Its all they deserve after that. Letting them live is too merciful.

What in the hell drives people to do things like this? They cant possibly think that its "ok"?
