i just wanted to know what everyone gets for mileage cause i only get like 13-16 and it sucks so let me know. and if there is anything i can do for more mileage

There are multiple threads on this, search and you will find
Edit: For the record, I'm getting a piss poor 10mpg...Canadian. When the snow melts, I will park my truck, drive my car...and the ranger will get some serious help

Winter fuel and cold weather have ALL vehicles lowering their summer time average fuel consumption.
Them 31 inchers ain't helping you any! That vehicle prolly came with 27 inchers.

Mine is pretty crappy last I checked...believe it was about 12mpg...which is quite sad cause my Durango I used to own that had a 360 in it was getting that with 33's and 6" lift

18mpg from my 4.0. :icon_thumby:

14-15, currently running 33's

04 4.0 4.10's......I get combined about 17 to 18 with 265 duratracs. I am hoping in a few months as it warms up to get around 20!

see i have the 31's , 3.73s its stick, and i could drive it a little more conservatively, buteven when i do i still struggle to get 14!!! ( and then i get pissed and drive er hard!!, which just makes it worse) and my truckk is alligned and i have a programmer for better mileage. so i guess my question is now, where do you guys shift(what rpm) and do you think i should try changing my plugs and wires??

tire pressure is 5lbs under max, oil was just changed, air filter is still like new. so i think im gonna do my plugs and wires and hope foe the best. should i look at some better wires?? i know plugs are basically all the same and the oems are prolly the best. and as for shifting, i usually shift in between 2000-2500. and in the mornings when the truck is cold i go closer to 3 to get it to warm up faster
