As for body mounts, I've seen people use 90 degree angle iron, .25in thick stuff.
As far as putting the ranger body on a BII frame, you will have to shorten your bed to a 6ft one instead of the 7ft bed it is plus are the holes there in the broncho frame for the be clips so that you can bolt the bed on, change your ranger gas tank over to it, etc... Plus determine is the axles and other things on the BII frame are anybetter then what you have on your ranger now or not to see if you want to swap them over too.
What year is the BII frame? I'm told in 89 Ford made a few changes to the frame. The BII was dicontinued in 90 IIRC.
As for the last picture, looks like somebody did a nasty bondo job to the bed. I'm going to be putting the same exact doors on my ranger soon too, cant wait to have the tri-angle window. I hate how the rust forms around where the bolt holes for the mirror are.
I've got some much body work to do on my truck too, but I'm more focused on my SAS then anything, another 1-2 months of saving, should have more then enough to buy the longe arms I want.
Thanks!
Also lookin at getting this if it is still available and save up the money =)
If so, the ranger is gonna be put down for a bit and this will be my DD.
