Mounted a winch

I just bought an 8,000lb winch from harbor freight the other day and finally got it mounted. I have already tried it out about 10 times my first time out with it.

Now I just need to build a bumper around it. There are so many mods I want to do but just need time. It is going well considering it used to be a stock 2wd.

It was around $330 with a one year replacement warranty.
