Requirements to install lights in a billet grill:

Off road lights must be 6 1/4" total diameter
Between bar one and bar two, must be 7 1/2" spread
Billet grill must have 17 horizontal bars

If you meet these requirements proceed to next step.
Mark holes where you will be drilling 2 1/4" from center of stock grill support spikes.
Measure from the back of the fiberglass header panel 5 3/8" align measurements to make one dot, that is where you will drill for the light to be put in.
Please note lights will be mounted upside down, be sure to spin reflector and lens 180 degrees. Also would be a good idea to add a drain hole to the bottom of the light housing so that they do not hold water.

The remaining trim peice to the stock grill will have to be notched to fit the studs and nuts.

Now to cut your expensive grill!!
I got on to my basic art program and printed out a perfect 7" hole, I used that as a template to the back of my grill. Centered between bar one and two and bar three and bar four. I used a jig saw with a fine metal blade to cut the holes. I cut it from the backside to prevent damage and scratching, Place the grill on a towel that you dont care about to prevent damage to the face of the grill.

Reinstall grill and adjust lights as required, and your install is complete.

*Please note that now that your lenses are exposed there will be suseptable to rock hits and shattered lenses like mine.
