Body mount bushing kits

It's now time to do the body mount bushings on the '90... probably well overdue, the cab's been rubbing on the frame for a while but now it's squeaking so it's more importanter...

So, poly or urethane? LMC or otherwise? What's good? I last had most of the body mount bolts out like 7 years ago so I'm pretty sure they'll come out, the sleeves will probably be a completely different story...

I put the urethane ones on my truck many years ago and they are still good. I had to cut most of the bolts though as they were rusted to the sleeves. The urethane ones definitely stiffened the ride and roll some.

I also used polyurethane on both my '90 and '94. Expect a little bit more noise & vibration coming through into the cab due to the bushing's harder density.
I used Energy Suspension, but from what I've seen, most of them are all about the same (if not exactly the same). Also black seems to last longer than red or other colors.

The polyurethane was cheaper when I bought mine. Supposed to last longer, but the originals were 30+ years old. I doubt the truck makes it that long. I do like the extra stiffness. Less body roll make it more controllable in a corner.

Ok, thanks guys, I'll look for a kit this weekend, don't know when I'll tackle it but hey, having the parts is the first step...
