this truck has changed so much over the yea and a half ive owned it. its never been to the shop for any mods, ive done all of the work myself. this thread is copied from FRF but since itll all be here, you wont have to scroll through 13 pages to see it.

My 2004 Ford Ranger XL

This is the day I got it (may 22, 2010), a birthday gift from my parents, believe me, I had to work for it. Haha.

It came with a shell, but that came off the same day I got it. Also that same day I put in a bedliner and bed trim, in black.

Later in the summer I bought a roll bar for it, and put Hella 500FF lights on top.

I found some fog lights and decided to put them on the bumper.

I decided I like the look of the Hella’s behind the grille so in November I placed an order for an XLT Honeycomb grille. I made custom brackets for the lights and it turned out beautifully. Theres also a “How To:” by me on FRF.

New Rims!! Pro Comp Series 152

Replaced the OEM cd player for this Sony Xplode with AUX

Hooked a Sony Xplode 12in. Up to it and that sucker hit hard! Click for the vid.

Traded the sub and box for a smaller sub, and a GPS.

new toolbox! bolted it in with strong clamps and changed out the lock so its nice and secure.

and the new LED strips under the dash.

got my new 100W Pro Comp lights up n wired today. I have 3 of them, plus the 2 Hella 500FF's behind the grille. So much light..

got the hids in. im gonna have to do a lil more wiring tomorrow to get the highs working better, pics to follow soon

major update, havent been on here much these past few weeks. ive taken off the roll bar for college, cause it rains a ton in arcata. and i love it with the bl, looks badass.

i love my buffer.

well in the past few days ive added a nice alarm with power doors now

a cool bike rack system in the bed.

and the newest thing is my new home. i drove 7 hours to humboldt, in arcata and i start school on monday. i love it already.

Wow it's come a long way! Since you have the chrome theme going, you should throw the stock hub caps back on there. Just snap them back on the stock lug nuts. Also, how tall do your tires actually measure?

I can't help but notice you went to rio haha. I went to el camino and I graduated in '09 but my gf went to rio and I always go out to prairie but I've never seen this truck around before

i tried that when i first got the rims, but i had the huge xl hub caps, same ones on crown vics, too big and weird looking. sold em. i might get some expo certer caps though.
